The machine can automatically fill and seal from sending cups, filling, filling volume controlling, press powder, twice sealing, vacuum + nitrogen filling, pushing cups and transporting.
The machine is a multifunctional high-speed fully automatic machine for different sizes of cups according to clients' requirement. The machine can be applied with glass cover to ensure safety in production and dust collection device to make the edge of cup clean.The machine is applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components.
Working flow
1.Falling cups:  Cups drop down one by one automatically.
2.Filling liquid in the cup
3.Sucking putting lids: Vacuum arm suck and put foils.
4.Sealing lids: 0-400 degrees, can be adjusted.
5.Finished cups-output: Push-out finished cups to a platform.
