1) Components
This packaging unit consists of XYB630 Automation Packaging Machine, XY-Z1H10 Weigher , Finished Product Belt Conveyor and Compressed Air Machine.
2) Technical Process
Material Feeding→Automatically Pouches Forming→Automatically Weighing→Automatically Filling→Automatically Sealing→Automatically Printing→Finished Product Conveying
3) Work Principal
At first, materials will be fed into the silo of the XY-Z1H10 Weigher. Then set the weighing values of the control panel. Fed by vibration and weigh. After fast weighing, through the falling outlet, the material will be filled into the formed pouches of the XYB630 Packaging Machine. It will automatically seal, codes print and be conveyed all of which will be completed by XYB630 Packaging Machine.
